Jake came out to give us an estimate on a 20 year old unit of ours that stopped working. Super friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. He quickly got a temporary fix on it in the meantime no charge which was GREAT. They work quick too which matters when your systems break in FL summer! He said we should have an estimate within a day and they could get in this week to replace if we go with them. Still waiting on the estimates and will update on our experience if we go forward with Bizzy.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bizzy Air for an issue with my air conditioning unit, and I am thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer service and overall professionalism. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and satisfying.

A special shout-out goes to service technician Jacob Krauss, who was nothing short of outstanding. Jacob arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools and an impressive depth of knowledge. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the issues in a clear, understandable manner. His professionalism and courteous demeanor made the entire process stress-free.

Jacob’s expertise was evident as he efficiently resolved the problem, ensuring my AC unit was back up and running perfectly. He also took the time to offer maintenance tips to prevent future issues, which I greatly appreciated.

Bizzy Air has truly earned my trust and loyalty. I am completely satisfied with the service provided and highly recommend them to anyone in need of air conditioning and heating services. Thank you, Bizzy Air, and especially Jacob Krauss, for your outstanding service!

Jonathan and Jacob, we’re both very professional with the new installation of our new HVAC unit. They placed down a trap not to scratch the wood floor and to catch any trash. I would highly recommend this company that is looking to replace there ac unit.
